Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

There is no general right of return or exchange.

Returns are only possible with the prior written consent of Primetrack AG.

A prerequisite for a return is that the goods are in flawless condition, unused, complete and in their original packaging. In addition, valid proof of purchase is required.

The return is made at the customer's expense and risk. Primetrack reserves the right to charge a handling fee or restocking fee.

Returns without prior consent will not be accepted.

Damage and defects

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

Obvious defects, transport damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported in writing within 5 calendar days of receipt.

Late notifications may result in claims no longer being considered.

Exceptions

Excluded from exchange and return are in particular:

  • Special orders and individually configured products
  • Opened or used items
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Licensed software and digital products

Refunds

Provided that a return has been approved by Primetrack, a refund or credit will be issued after inspection of the goods.

Primetrack reserves the right to issue refunds in the form of a credit note.

Any refunds will be made within a reasonable period after receipt of the goods.
