Kingston IronKey™ Locker+ 50 G2 USB drives offer enterprise-grade security with FIPS 197 certified AES 256-bit hardware encryption in XTS mode, including protection against BadUSB and brute-force password attacks. The LP50 G2 is also TAA compliant.
The LP50 G2, with its new, modern casing design, supports the multi-password option (admin and user) with complex or passphrase modes. In complex mode, passwords can be 6–16 characters long, using 3 of 4 character sets. Passphrase mode supports numerical PINs, sentences, word lists, or even song lyrics of 10 to 64 characters. The administrator can enable a user password or reset the user password to restore data access. To facilitate password entry, the "eye" icon can be checked to display the entered password and avoid typos that lead to failed login attempts. Brute-force attack protection locks users out after 10 consecutive invalid password entries and irrecoverably wipes the USB drive if the admin password is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row. Other features include an anti-fingerprint coating and an integrated virtual keyboard to protect passwords from keyloggers or screenloggers.
The Locker+ 50 G2 comes with a metal casing and an integrated key loop for added convenience, so you can take your data anywhere. The LP50 G2 is easy to set up and use, with no application installation required. All necessary software and security features are already on the drive. It works on both Windows® and macOS®, allowing users to access files from multiple systems.
