Lenovo Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) protects your system from unpleasant surprises. Through our global network of repair centers, PCs are repaired by certified Lenovo™ technicians using Lenovo™ approved replacement parts. If an end-user's PC can be repaired, it will be returned.

If repair is no longer possible, the entire system will be replaced at no additional cost (1). With the warranty extension to Express Depot Service, you ensure minimal downtime and faster repairs.

WHAT IS TYPICALLY COVERED? (2)
Accidental drops, liquid spills, impacts, and hardware failures that occur under normal operating conditions and normal use, such as power surges and damage to the integrated LCD display. If you have an on-site warranty, you may be eligible for on-site repairs under Accidental Damage Protection (3).

• Your PC accidentally slips off the table and the LCD display breaks.
• During a thunderstorm, a power surge causes significant damage to your PC's hardware.
• You spill coffee on the keyboard and the extent of the damage is unknown.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
Cosmetic damage (4), device loss or defects caused by use outside normal operating conditions. Data loss or business interruption, intentional damage and misuse, removal or alteration of parts or accessories, theft, fire damage, damage to peripherals or third-party products, even if sold by Lenovo™.

• The casing has a crack, but the system still works.
• You left your PC on the subway.
• You use your computer in the rain and then lose an entire day's work because the PC no longer works.
• The stylus or battery was not inserted correctly.

Lenovo™ Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) is part of a comprehensive range of Lenovo™ Services that support the entire lifecycle of your PCs.

(1) The service is limited to one product replacement. If the cost per claim exceeds the price of the product, the product will be replaced. Limit for tablet warranty claims: maximum one claim every 12 months.

(2) This service is available in the country or region where you purchased the Accidental Damage Protection. It is not transferable if the product is taken to another country.

(3) If you are eligible for on-site service under the Lenovo Limited Manufacturer's Warranty and the service provider has determined that your product can be repaired at your location, the service provider will perform product repair or replacement at your location. Some repairs must be performed at a service center. In such a case, the service provider will send the product to the service center at their own expense. If you have purchased an on-site warranty with Accidental Damage Protection, repairs under the on-site service level will be limited to LCD screens and keyboards that cannot be replaced by the customer. If the repair cannot be completed on the first on-site visit, the system must be sent to the Lenovo service center to complete the repair there. On-site service may not be available in all regions.

(4) Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents or cracks that do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product. All products and offers are subject to availability.
