On-site support means that if a problem cannot be fixed remotely, a technician will come to your location to repair the device, avoiding the hassle of shipping the device. If repairs cannot be performed on-site, Lenovo will send the device to a local service center for repair or replacement and then return it to you.

Technicians are available for remote diagnosis of hardware problems and general, basic issues that may arise during the warranty period. Software support is not included.
