(2) If Lenovo determines that the problem is covered under warranty and cannot be resolved over the phone or by a customer replaceable part, on-site repair will be performed if service is available. Otherwise, the best possible service delivery will be used. For calls received after 4:00 PM local time, an additional business day will be required for service dispatch.
