4 Years On-site Support
If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, on-site support means a technician repairs the device at your location, avoiding the hassle of shipping it. If repairs cannot be performed on-site, Lenovo will send the device to a local service center for repair or replacement and then return it to you.

Technicians are available for remote diagnosis of hardware issues and general, basic problems that may arise during the warranty period. Software support is not included.
