• The service is available for Lenovo ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, ThinkStation and selected Lenovo/Idea Notebooks and Miix products.
• The "Keep Your Drive" (KYD) service must be purchased together with the system.
• The duration of protection corresponds to the duration of the system manufacturer's warranty, even if the hard drive has been replaced.
• The service applies to multiple drives in a system and multiple failures.
• The service applies to both Solid-State Drives (SSD) and Hard Disk Drives. Some models require an upgrade to an on-site service if the SSD is soldered to the system board.
