Kingston IronKey™ Locker+ 50 G2 USB drives provide enterprise-grade security with FIPS 197 certified AES 256-bit hardware encryption in XTS mode, including safeguards against BadUSB and brute-force password attacks. The LP50 G2 is also TAA compliant.
The LP50 G2, with a new modern casing design, supports multi-password option (Admin and User) with Complex or Passphrase modes. Complex mode allows for passwords of 6–16 characters using 3 of 4 character sets. Passphrase mode supports numeric PINs, sentences, a list of words, or even song lyrics with 10–64 characters. The Admin can enable a user password or reset the user password to restore data access. To facilitate password input, the “eye” icon can be selected to reveal the entered password, avoiding typos that lead to failed login attempts. Brute-force protection locks out users after 10 consecutive invalid passwords and permanently erases the USB drive after 10 consecutive incorrect admin passwords. Additional features include an anti-fingerprint coating and a built-in virtual keyboard to protect passwords from keyloggers or screenloggers.
For convenience, the Locker+ 50 G2 is designed with a metal casing and a built-in key loop, so you can take your data anywhere. The LP50 G2 is easy to set up and use, with no application installation required. All necessary software and security features are already on the drive. It works on both Windows® and macOS®, allowing users to access files from multiple systems.
