Thanks to double-conversion technology, an APC Smart-UPS On-Line always supplies all connected devices with perfectly clean power. Even power outages have no effect on this. The APC Smart-UPS On-Line then automatically provides emergency power without the need for switching. This prevents unwanted outages, for example of a PC, server, storage, or switch. With the free APC PowerChute software, you can even have critical IT hardware automatically and controllably shut down when the UPS battery is almost empty. This prevents data loss, downtime, and physical damage to the hardware.

You can easily increase the number of minutes the APC SRT3000XLI can autonomously supply emergency power by connecting external battery packs (SRT96BP). Several hours of runtime are even possible.

Network Management Card
If you connect the UPS directly to your network via the optional APC Network Management Card (AP9640/AP9641), it can be easily managed remotely via SNMP or our remote management software Ecostruxure IT Expert (SFTWES1-DIGI). You can also automatically send a shutdown signal over the network to multiple physical and/or virtual servers. The APC PowerChute Network Shutdown Software connected to the network card can even differentiate based on the time of shutdown and the order in which it occurs.
Extend lifespan
The internal battery cartridge (APCRBC152) can be easily, safely, and independently replaced by the user. This is done without having to turn off the APC SRT3000XLI or connected devices. In this way, you can easily and cost-effectively extend the life of the APC Smart-UPS, and your devices will always remain online.
Warranty Extension
The manufacturer's warranty for the SRT3000XLI is 3 years, with the exception of the battery, which has a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Both are extended by 3 years to 6 and 5 years respectively with the APC Service Pack (WBEXTWAR3YR-SP-04).
Switched Outlet Groups: Remote Reboot and Sequential Start
Thanks to the Switched Outlet Groups, it is possible to configure phased/delayed power-on per UPS outlet group. This reduces the peak load of the UPS and brings it closer to the constant load, thereby limiting the oversizing of the UPS.
It is also possible to reset a group of multiple UPS outlets and the connected devices. When using a network card (ap9640) in combination with Ecostruxure IT Expert (SFTWES1-DIGI), this is even possible remotely.
You can also avoid eliminating critical loads; this extends the runtime of critical devices.
