Always stay online and prevent data loss
Thanks to double conversion technology, an APC Smart-UPS On-Line always provides all connected devices with perfectly clean power. Power outages also have no effect on this. The APC Smart-UPS On-Line then automatically provides emergency power without the need for switching. This prevents unwanted failures, for example, of a PC, server, storage, or switch. With the included Powershute Network Shutdown software, you can even have critical IT hardware shut down automatically and in a controlled manner. This prevents data loss, downtime, and physical damage to the hardware.

Extend runtime
You can easily increase the number of minutes the APC SRT5KRMXLI can autonomously supply emergency power by connecting external battery packs (SRT192RMBP). Several hours of runtime are even possible.

Availability
The Smart-UPS Online features an internal bypass and uses double conversion, maximizing the availability and lifespan of connected hardware. This also makes the UPS compatible with a backup generator. The Un-
The Line double conversion technology ensures clean, uninterrupted power supply to protected devices, even when generator power is used.

Security
In addition, a Smart-UPS On-Line protects connected devices from voltage spikes caused by lightning, among other things. This APC emergency power supply is ideally suited for business use.

Rack mounting
Thanks to the tiltable graphical LCD screen, the APC Smart-UPS SRT is easy to operate in the rack. Thanks to the included 4-post rail kit, you can easily mount the UPS in a rack.

Manage your Smart-UPS
Thanks to the integrated network card, you can easily connect the APC UPS to the network. In this way, you can remotely monitor and manage the UPS (SNMP) and the UPS can send a shutdown signal to multiple physical and/or virtual servers using the PowerChute Network Shutdown software.

PowerChute Network Shutdown
PowerChute Network Shutdown is UPS management software that works with the UPS network management card to protect Windows, Linux, and Host ESXi, as well as hyperconverged and virtual infrastructure*. In the event of a power outage, PowerChute can gracefully shut down your virtual machines and the pre-configured startup sequence ensures they are powered back on.

Remote management and monitoring of your network
The network card can be managed remotely via the user-friendly web browser interface, EcoStruxure™ IT remote management software (SFTWES1-DIGI), or another SNMP-compatible system. Tip: EcoStruxure™ IT also includes the functionalities of the support contract below.

The optional network card support contract license* ensures that you are always up-to-date and secure, and includes additional benefits such as frequent updates with:

Extend lifespan
The internal battery cartridge (APCRBC140) can be replaced easily, safely, and independently by the user. This is done without having to switch off the APC SRT5KRMXLI or connected devices. In this way, you can easily and cost-effectively extend the lifespan of the APC Smart-UPS and your devices always stay online.

Warranty extension
The manufacturer's warranty for the SRT5KRMXLI is 3 years, with the exception of the battery, which has a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Both are extended by 3 years to 6 and 5 years respectively with the APC Service Pack (WBEXTWAR3YR-SP-05).

Maximize availability
Or, instead of a warranty extension, opt for the even more comprehensive 5-year monitoring and dispatch service (WMD5YOSNBD-SP-05) to maximize the availability of your APC UPS. In addition to a 5-year warranty, it also includes 24/7 remote monitoring via the Schneider Electric Connected Services Hub and SE's on-site repair service (spare parts, labor costs, installation and travel costs).

Switched outlet groups: Remote restart and staggered start
Thanks to the Switched Outlet Groups, it is possible to configure phased/delayed power-on per UPS outlet group. This reduces the peak load of the UPS and brings it closer to the constant load, limiting oversizing of the UPS.

It is also possible to reset a group of multiple UPS outlets and the devices connected to them. When using a network card (ap9640) in combination with Ecostruxure IT Expert (SFTWES1-DIGI), this is even possible remotely.

You can also not eliminate critical loads; this is how you extend the runtime for critical devices.
